Caesars Palace unveils plans for multi-million dollar front entrance renovation
The main entrance to the property will be completely rebuilt, providing a Caesar-worthy arrival experience, matching the glamor of the hotel’s iconic lobby. When completed, guests will be greeted by a spectacular, slender dome and barrel ceiling above a stunning 15-foot-tall statue of Caesar Augustus. The project also includes two new state-of-the-art play pits, which will flank the upgraded entrance, a stunning new lobby bar and a refurbishment of the property’s legendary domed tabletop play ground.
“Caesars Palace brought a sense of grandeur to the Las Vegas Strip when it was built in 1966, and we are proud to continue this legacy by completely redesigning our front entrance,” said Sean Mc Burney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “Completely rebuilding the main entrance to one of the world’s most iconic destinations is no small task, and we’re excited to get started and create a stunning new visual welcome for our guests. “
During construction from July to December, the following changes will occur:
- Main valet parking off Las Vegas Blvd. will only welcome Caesars Rewards Diamond and Seven Star members
- The Colosseum Valet (ground floor of the Caesars Palace self-parking lot next to Frank Sinatra Drive) will welcome all valet guests.
- Carpool pickup and drop-off will be moved to the exit gates next to the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden
- Express check-in and check-out kiosks at the hotel will be placed at all available entrances
